At Paloma Rocha Art, each artwork is an original piece created and handled with the utmost care. All works are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We kindly encourage collectors to review all images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged in Transit
If an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at palomarocha.art@gmail.com, including clear photographs of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping box.
Once the damage has been verified, Paloma Rocha Art will arrange a solution at no additional cost, which may include:
• Professional restoration of the artwork, or
• Replacement with the same artwork (if available) or a comparable piece
All shipping and handling costs related to repair or replacement will be covered by Palomarochart.
Our priority is to ensure that every collector receives their artwork in perfect condition.

Welcome to Palomarochart. By accessing this website or purchasing artwork, you agree to the following terms.
1. Intellectual Property
All artworks, sculptures, images, and designs displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Palomarochart.The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All copyrights remain with the artist.
Images or artworks may not be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
2. Product Representation
Every effort is made to present artworks as accurately as possible.
Because each piece is handcrafted and digital screens display colors differently, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are inherent to original artwork.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Large-format artworks may be shipped using specialized art transport services.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the artwork has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Inspection Required
The buyer must inspect the packaging immediately upon delivery.
Refusal of Delivery
If the packaging appears severely damaged, the buyer should refuse delivery and contact Palomarochart immediately.
4. International Orders
For international shipments, the buyer acts as the Importer of Record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees.
Palomarochart is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
5. Installation & Liability
Proper installation is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must ensure that walls, floors, or supports can safely hold the artwork.
Palomarochart is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper installation or handling after delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Palomarochart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of an artwork.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork.
7. Authenticity
All artworks are original works created by Paloma Rocha.
Where applicable, artworks may be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. Collectors are encouraged to retain this documentation as part of the artwork’s provenance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Palomarochart operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
